Fix Session Management #19

- User can't leave a session during drafting
- Session Code text input doesn't clear itself after button pressed
- Session Code text input field shows cursor at the very right of the input
- Create Settings page for session with Leave/Delete Session and move the card size slider there
- View all session members in the settings
- Allow admin to Allow/Disallow further members to join
- Allow admin to kick members
- Allow admin to merge participants -> Moving all cards from one participant to another and removing the first one
- Simplify the Session Code (I don't know how yet)
